I started my own home inspection business in 2000, after years in the construction trades. Since then I have had experience in every aspect of the home inspection industry. In 2004, I worked for a multi-inspector firm teaching at many real-estate offices for state approved Continuing Education classes, ranging from legal issues to managing client expectations.

After nine months with the inspection company, I dove back into my own business and am now able to provide better client care. I have personally completed over 3800 inspections since 2000 and continue to grow as a great inspector everyday through continuing education. Continuing education is a must to stay current with todays building standards. I have been a full member of A.S.H.I. (American Society of Home Inspectors) in good standing since 2002 and served as the Great Plains A.S.H.I. chapter treasurer for the 05'-06' year.

I am a proud inspector, but even more so, a proud Daddy. My daughter, Isabella Louise Welty, is my life and when not passionately helping you and your family inspecting your new homes, I am forever in love, raising my daughter.
