ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors

ASHI CertifiedAs an ASHI member, we conduct our inspections in accordance with ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We've met the rigorous requirements like passing a written technical exam and performing a minimum of 250 professional home inspections in order to obtain this certification. As part of our ASHI membership, we also attend continuing education courses that allow us to stay knowledgeable in the latest technology, materials and professional skills needed for home inspections.

MSCS - Midwest Chimney Safety Council

MCSC LogoOur membership in the MSCS keeps us updated on the correct operation and maintenance of wood and gas burning appliances and chimneys. Our continuing education on chimney, fireplace and wood and gas heating appliances, help to keep our homeowners safe, and educated about their home heating equipment.

 

National Radon Proficiency Program

NEHAWe are certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program as a radon testing company in Kansas City. We have met the requirements set by the EPA and carry the highest level of professionalism when it comes to radon testing. We meet national standards and regulations for testing Kansas City homes for radon.
