Radon Testing

Most Homes Have Some Radon Levels

Radon is a naturally occurring gas in the environment emitted during the natural breakdown of uranium in soil and rock, and sometimes water. Radon is odorless, tasteless and invisible to the human eye. Kanas City and the Midwest are known to be high radon zones.

The EPA has determined radon exposure to be a leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Most homes have some level of radon in and around them, but a test is needed to determine if you are at risk for high levels.

InspectorNick.com's Radon Testing Services

If a radon test is part of your inspection services, will make every attempt to set the radon monitor at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled home inspection. Our team will handle all the details of setting and picking up your radon test. We will provide a report within 24 hours of picking up the monitor and you will know if the home is exposed to high levels of radon.
